1. How can I track my Derma.pk order? #

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. I haven’t received a tracking email. What now? #

3. Can I track my order on the Derma.pk website? #

Yes, visit https://derma.pk/track and enter your order details.

4. Which courier companies do you use? #

We use M&P Courier and TCS nationwide. In Lahore, we have our own courier team. We currently only deliver within Pakistan.

5. Why are shipping charges higher than other stores? #

We prioritize safe delivery, especially for delicate items like the Hudson Discoloration Defense Serum. We use premium packaging and reliable couriers, which may increase costs slightly.

6. How are my products packaged? #

All orders are packed in new boxes with bubble wrap. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with M&P Courier’s cold chain to ensure products like the Hudson Facial Brightening Cream arrive in perfect condition.

7. How long will delivery take? #

  • Lahore: Same-day delivery for orders before 5 pm, next-day otherwise
  • Other cities: Depends on the courier and location. Track your order for updates

8. Can I open my COD parcel before paying? #

No, you can’t open the parcel before paying due to courier policies.

9. What if I miss my COD delivery? #

The courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, COD won’t be available for future orders to that address/number.

10. I missed my prepaid delivery. What now? #

We’ll arrange re-delivery, but you’ll cover the additional shipping cost.
