  • I’ve already paid for my order online, but I missed the delivery. What should I do?

    We'll arrange a re-delivery, but you'll be responsible for the additional shipping cost. 

  • What happens if I’m not available to receive my COD order?

    The courier will attempt redelivery. If two consecutive attempts fail, COD won't be available for future orders to that address/number. 

  • Can I open and inspect my COD parcel before making the payment?

    Unfortunately, due to courier company policies, you cannot open the COD parcel before payment. However, we ensure secure packaging to prevent damage. 

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    Lahore: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 5 pm. Orders placed after 5 pm will be shipped the next day.

    Other Locations within Pakistan: Delivery time depends on the courier service and your location. You can track your order for a more accurate estimate.

  • How are my products packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition?

    All orders are packed in fresh boxes and cushioned with bubble wrap to prevent damage. Medications requiring temperature control are shipped using M&P Courier's cold chain system. This ensures that sensitive products like the Hudson Facial Brightening Cream reach you in optimal condition. 

  • Why are the shipping charges on Derma.pk a bit higher compared to some other online stores?

  • How long does it take to process online and bank transfer payments?

    It usually takes up to 2 hours, but can take a maximum of 24 hours, for online and bank transfer payments to be reflected in our system. We'll notify you once your payment is confirmed. 

  • How do I make an online or bank transfer payment?
    1. Complete your payment through your preferred online method or bank transfer.
