 ADCON Fluconazole Oral Suspension 35ml is a banana-flavored oral suspension medication containing fluconazole, an antifungal medication. It is used to treat fungal infections in children as directed by a physician.
Important Information:
- This medication is for  children only.  Do not  administer Adcon to adults.
- You need to reconstitute Adcon, a powder, by mixing it with water before use
What’s Included:
- Bottle containing fluconazole powder
- Package leaflet with detailed instructions (always refer to the leaflet before using Adcon)
Reconstitution Instructions:
- Shake the bottle: Â Gently loosen the powder by shaking the closed bottle.
- Open the bottle: Â Carefully remove the cap.
- Add water:  Pour  cool boiled water  into the bottle up to the  marked ring  on the side.
- Close the bottle tightly and vigorously shake it until it completely dissolves all the powder and forms a uniform suspension
- Check and adjust (optional): Â If the level of liquid is below the ring mark after shaking, add a small amount of additional water to reach the mark.
Storing the Prepared Suspension:
- Once mixed, the Adcon suspension can be used for  up to 14 days.
- Store the prepared suspension at room temperature (below 30 °C or 86 °F).
- Protect the medication from light, heat, and moisture.
- Keep the bottle tightly closed with the cap on.
Dosage ADCON Fluconazole Oral Suspension:
- Only give Adcon to your child as directed by their doctor. Â The dosage will depend on the type of infection and your child’s age and weight.
- Do not  exceed the recommended dosage or give the medication more frequently than prescribed.
