 Composition:

   Adapco Gel: Each gram of Adapco Gel contains Adapalene BP

 Description:

 Adapalene, the active ingredient in Adapco Gel, is a naphthoic acid derivative with retinoid like properties. Its molecular formula is C28H28O3, with a molecular weight of 412.53

 Pharmacological Properties:

Adapalene acts on retinoid receptors, modulating cellular
differentiation, keratinization, and inflammatory processes. Its exact

 Indications:

 Adapco Gel is indicated for the topical treatment of acne
vulgaris in patients aged 12 years and older

 Dosage & Administration:

 Apply Adapco Gel to affected skin areas once daily at night,
following gentle cleansing with a mild sapless cleanser. A thin film should
cover the entire affected area lightly. A mild transient sensation of warmth or
slight stinging may occur after application. Minimize sun exposure and use
moisturizers for dry skin or irritation relief. Avoid application around the
eyes, lips, and mucous membranes. If no improvement is seen after 12 weeks, reevaluate
therapy

 Adverse Effects:

Local cutaneous adverse events may include erythema,
scaling, dryness, pruritus, and burning/stinging (persistent). Other events may
include sunburn, skin discomfort, burning, stinging, skin irritation, acne
flare, dermatitis, and contact dermatitis
