We do not offer cash refunds on any orders placed through derma.pk. All eligible claims are processed as replacements only, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please take the following steps:
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Do not return any product without first obtaining written authorization from our support team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Once authorized, our team will provide you with the return address, packaging instructions, and courier guidance.
Prescription medicines and compounded/dispensing products are non-returnable once dispensed, unless there is a verified error on our part (wrong product, incorrect formulation, or quality defect).
