Refund policy

At derma.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering high-quality skincare and pharmaceutical products. If an issue arises with your order, please read the policy below carefully — we operate on a Replacement Only basis.

1. No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds on any orders placed through derma.pk. All eligible claims are processed as replacements only, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please take the following steps:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect
  • Our team will verify the claim and arrange a replacement

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Our team will verify your original order and arrange for the correct item to be shipped
  • You will be guided through the complete replacement process

4. How to Request a Replacement

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when reaching out. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective upon receipt)
  • Personal care items that have been used
  • Products returned without prior authorization from our team

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

6. Return Authorization

Do not return any product without first obtaining written authorization from our support team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Once authorized, our team will provide you with the return address, packaging instructions, and courier guidance.

7. Prescription & Compounded Products

Prescription medicines and compounded/dispensing products are non-returnable once dispensed, unless there is a verified error on our part (wrong product, incorrect formulation, or quality defect).
