At derma.pk, we are committed to delivering your skincare essentials promptly, safely, and transparently. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

During peak seasons, sale events, or public holidays, delivery timelines may be slightly longer. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp or email if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

  • Standard shipping: Rs. 349 per order
  • Free delivery: Available on orders above Rs. 5,000
  • Fuel surcharge: A Rs. 49 surcharge currently applies to all orders due to increased courier tariffs. We will remove this as soon as rates normalize.

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order at any time by visiting derma.pk/track or through the Track Your Order link in the navigation menu.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before confirming your order. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or returned orders. derma.pk is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

6. Potential Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, factors outside our control may occasionally cause delays. These include:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays or courier closures
  • Regional disruptions or logistical issues
  • High order volumes during promotions

We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected.

7. Order Processing & Cancellation

derma.pk reserves the right to cancel or reject any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or inventory error
  • Pricing inaccuracies on the website
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Unconfirmed or failed payment
  • Violations of our store policies

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Orders are only confirmed after successful payment verification and dispatch preparation.

8. Pricing Adjustments

Product prices on derma.pk are subject to change due to market shifts, currency fluctuations, or supplier updates. If a price changes after you have placed an order but before dispatch, we will notify you. You will have the option to accept the updated price or cancel your order for a full refund.

9. Your Responsibilities

By placing an order at derma.pk, you acknowledge that:

  • Prices and shipping rates may change without prior notice due to fuel or market conditions
  • Orders are only processed after full payment confirmation
  • derma.pk is not liable for pricing variations that are communicated to you before dispatch
