All products sold on derma.pk are 100% original and authentic. We source exclusively from authorized distributors and certified vendors, backed by long-term partnerships with established pharmaceutical and cosmetic brands.
If you ever receive a product you believe to be inauthentic, please contact us immediately at sales@derma.pk. We will investigate and resolve your concern promptly.

Prescription-only medications are dispensed strictly upon receipt of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We do not supply, promote, or sell any prescription medicine without proper verification.
To order prescription medicines, upload your prescription via our dedicated prescription page or send it to us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

All prices on derma.pk are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price displayed at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Pakistan. Full payment is due upon delivery.
Please note: COD availability may vary by delivery zone and order value. For high-value orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
We ship nationwide across Pakistan. A delivery fee may apply depending on your location and order value. A fuel surcharge of Rs. 49 currently applies to all orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or via WhatsApp after your order is confirmed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
We conduct expiry audits every four weeks. Any product approaching its expiry date is removed from stock immediately. You will always receive fresh, in-date products that meet our quality standards.
If you receive a product that appears damaged, tampered with, or past its expiry date, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and skincare products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
All content on derma.pk — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of derma.pk and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
derma.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
