Derma.pk works alongside the dermatology practice at dermatology.pk to keep product guidance clinically grounded.
How We Handle Prescription Medicines
Derma.pk operates under the Drugs Act 1976, the Punjab Drug Rules, and the directions of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan and the Punjab Healthcare Commission. Prescription-only medicines are supplied strictly against a valid doctor's prescription, and our pharmacist reviews every prescription before an order leaves the pharmacy.
We may refuse, withhold, reduce or cancel the supply of any medicine where a valid prescription has not been provided, where the quantity or pattern of ordering gives us reasonable cause for concern, or where our pharmacist judges that supply would be unsafe or unlawful. The pharmacist reserves the right to cancel your general medicine order. Where we cannot supply an item, the rest of your order is dispatched as normal and you are not charged for the item we withheld.
