Our right to withhold or cancel an order

Derma.pk holds a drug sale licence (Licence No. 05-352-0066-113523P) and operates under the Drugs Act 1976, the Punjab Drug Rules, and the directions of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan and the Punjab Healthcare Commission.

We reserve the right, at our sole and final discretion, to refuse, withhold, reduce or cancel the supply of any medicine where a valid prescription has not been provided, where the prescription does not meet the requirements of the law, where the quantity or pattern of ordering gives us reasonable cause for concern, or where our pharmacist judges that supply would be unsafe or unlawful. The pharmacist reserves the right to cancel your general medicine order.

Placing an order and making payment does not create an obligation on us to supply a prescription medicine. Where we are unable to supply an item, the remainder of your order is dispatched as normal and no charge is made for the item we withheld.
