💊 Prescriptions & Health Information
Derma.pk is a licensed pharmacy (Drug Sale Licence No. 05-352-0066-113523P). When you order a prescription medicine, or send us a prescription by WhatsApp, email or upload, we collect health information about you. We treat this as the most sensitive information we hold, and we handle it separately from everything else described in this policy.
What we collect. Prescriptions and doctor's notes you send us, the medicines you order, and anything you tell our pharmacist about your condition, allergies or current medication.
What we use it for. Only to allow our pharmacist to verify your prescription, dispense your order safely, advise you on correct use, and keep the records the law requires a licensed pharmacy to keep.
Who can see it. Only our pharmacist and the pharmacy staff who need it to prepare your order. It is not made available to our marketing team.
We never share it with advertising or analytics partners. Prescriptions and health information are never passed to Meta, Google, or any other advertising, analytics or marketing partner, and are never used to target advertising to you. We do not sell health information to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep it. Prescription records are retained for the period required under the Drugs Act 1976 and the Punjab Drug Rules, and are securely destroyed after that period.
You may ask us what health information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, using the contact details at the end of this policy.
