Ciprofloxacin eliminates bacterial pathogens causing the infection; Dexamethasone suppresses the inflammatory response, reducing ear swelling, redness, and pain. This dual action provides comprehensive treatment for bacterial ear infections complicated by inflammation — distinct from Cipotic plain (ciprofloxacin-only) and Cipocain (ciprofloxacin + lignocaine).
