Fudic B is distinct from plain Fudic Cream — the addition of Betamethasone makes it appropriate for infected inflammatory skin conditions such as sycosis barbae (beard area follicular infection), impetigo with surrounding eczema, nail bed infections, infected dermatitis, and folliculitis.
