2. Swallow the tablet whole with water at the same time each day for consistent control.
3. For seasonal allergies, you can use Softin-OD only during the allergy season; for chronic urticaria, continue as advised.
4. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless the next dose is due - do not double up.
5. Stop antihistamines about 3-4 days before any skin allergy testing as they can suppress the response.
