Composition
Each gram contains: Isoconazole Nitrate 10mg (1%) + Diflucortolone Valerate 1mg (0.1%) in cream base.
Mechanism of Action
- Isoconazole Nitrate: Imidazole antifungal; inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in fungal cell membranes, delivering fungicidal activity against dermatophytes, Candida, and Gram-positive bacteria.
- Diflucortolone Valerate: Very potent fluorinated corticosteroid; rapidly reduces inflammation, pruritus, and erythema associated with the eczematous/inflammatory component of fungal infections.
Indications
- Superficial fungal infections accompanied by inflammation or eczema
- Dermatophyte infections (tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor) with inflammatory features
- Candidiasis of skin with eczema
- Fungal infections in interdigital spaces, skin folds, and other sensitive areas
How to Use
- Cleanse and dry the affected area before application.
- Apply a thin layer twice daily to the affected skin.
- Rub gently until absorbed.

Contraindications
- Skin tuberculosis, syphilis, viral skin infections (herpes simplex, varicella/chickenpox), rosacea, or perioral dermatitis.

Special Precautions
