Methotrexate works as a folic acid antagonist. Dosage Guidelines

Dosing is always set by a physician. In adult ALL, regimens may use around 33 mg daily per square metre of body surface alongside prednisolone, with a typical maintenance dose of 20–30 mg/m² twice weekly. Never adjust the dose yourself; methotrexate requires close medical supervision and monitoring.
