Barinep Eye Drops 5ml contain Nepafenac 0.1%, a prescription non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for ophthalmic use. Nepafenac penetrates the cornea and is converted to its active form, amfenac, which inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes and reduces prostaglandin synthesis. This controls post-operative ocular inflammation and pain following cataract surgery, and helps prevent cystoid macular edema — particularly important in diabetic patients.

How to Use Barinep Eye Drops 5ml
Instil one drop of Barinep into the affected eye(s) three times daily. Begin dosing the day before cataract surgery, continue on the day of surgery, and for the first two weeks after surgery. Shake well before use. Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or any surface. Store in a cool, dry place.

How To Use
