Berdi Sachet by Highnoon Laboratories is a urinary health supplement formulated with ingredients such as D-mannose, cranberry extract and urinary alkalisers to support bladder health and help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). It is intended as adjunct nutritional support, not a replacement for antibiotic therapy when an active infection is diagnosed.

How Berdi Sachet Works

D-mannose binds to the fimbriae of E. coli — the bacteria responsible for most UTIs — and prevents them from sticking to the bladder lining, allowing them to be flushed out in urine. Cranberry proanthocyanidins (PACs) further reduce bacterial adhesion, while urinary alkalisers can soothe symptoms of mild cystitis. Together they create a less hospitable environment for uropathogens without contributing to antibiotic resistance.

How to Use Berdi Sachet

Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml) and drink. Use once or twice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Drink plenty of additional water throughout the day to support urinary flushing.

Important Safety Information

• Not an antibiotic: Berdi Sachet does not replace antibiotic therapy for active bacterial UTIs — see a doctor for fever, flank pain, blood in urine or worsening symptoms.
• Diabetes: If the product contains sugars or D-mannose, discuss use with your doctor as it may affect blood glucose monitoring.
• Anticoagulants: Cranberry can interact with warfarin and may alter INR — inform your doctor if you are on blood thinners.
• Kidney stones: Patients with a history of oxalate kidney stones should consult their doctor before regular cranberry use.
• Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Use only after medical advice.
• Persistent symptoms: If urinary symptoms last more than 48 hours or recur frequently, seek medical evaluation.
