Description
Bilazest Tablets 20mg contain Bilastine, a second-generation, non-sedating H1-antihistamine prescribed for symptomatic relief of allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and chronic spontaneous urticaria (hives). Manufactured by AGP.
Mechanism: Bilastine selectively blocks peripheral H1-histamine receptors without crossing the blood-brain barrier, providing effective allergy relief without drowsiness.
