Byscard 2.5mg Tablet contains Nebivolol, a third-generation, cardio-selective beta-blocker with additional nitric oxide-mediated vasodilator activity. It is used to treat essential hypertension (high blood pressure) and, in selected patients, stable mild-to-moderate chronic heart failure as add-on therapy in adults aged 70 and over.
Nebivolol slows the heart rate, reduces myocardial oxygen demand, and improves vascular relaxation - lowering blood pressure while supporting heart function. Compared with older beta-blockers it tends to have a more favourable metabolic profile and is less likely to cause bronchospasm at therapeutic doses, though it must still be used with caution in asthma and severe COPD.

How to Use Byscard 2.5mg Tablet
