Calamox 1gm Tablets contain Amoxicillin 1 gram, a broad-spectrum aminopenicillin antibiotic indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative organisms. Manufactured by Bosch Pharmaceuticals, each pack contains 6 tablets providing a complete short-course regimen.
Indications

- Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) – uncomplicated UTIs caused by susceptible organisms

Mechanism of Action
Amoxicillin inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis by binding to penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs), leading to cell lysis and death of susceptible bacteria. Its broad-spectrum activity covers both gram-positive and gram-negative organisms.
