Isoface 20mg (Isotretinoin) – Oral Retinoid for Severe Nodular Acne
Isoface 20mg is an oral isotretinoin capsule indicated for severe nodular acne that has not responded to conventional therapies including antibiotics and topical treatments. As a systemic retinoid, it acts by reducing sebaceous gland size and secretion, normalising follicular keratinisation, and limiting Cutibacterium acnes proliferation. Prescription required. For use under dermatologist supervision only.
Isotretinoin is a teratogen. It must not be used during pregnancy or by women who may become pregnant without strict contraceptive measures. Regular blood test monitoring — including liver function and lipid panels — is required throughout the treatment course.
