Aknefin 20mg is an oral isotretinoin capsule (30 capsules per pack) indicated for severe nodular and cystic acne unresponsive to conventional antibiotic and topical therapies. As a systemic retinoid, Isotretinoin reduces sebaceous gland output, normalises follicular epithelial differentiation, and suppresses acne-causing bacteria. For severe acne. Prescription required.
