Cebe-S Tablets 120mg contain Bismuth Subcitrate 120mg, a bismuth compound used as part of quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication and for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers. Bismuth subcitrate works by forming a protective coating over ulcer craters, stimulating the secretion of protective mucus glycoproteins, and exerting a direct bactericidal effect against H. pylori.
