Clotnil Plus Tablets 75+75mg combine Clopidogrel 75mg and Aspirin 75mg as Rx dual antiplatelet therapy. Clopidogrel irreversibly blocks platelet P2Y12 ADP receptors; Aspirin inhibits COX-1, reducing thromboxane A2 formation. Together they provide synergistic prevention of arterial thrombosis — the combination is guideline-recommended for Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), recent ischaemic stroke, and high-risk cardiovascular events. Note: Aspirin 75mg here is an antiplatelet dose, not an analgesic dose.

How to Use Clotnil Plus Tablets 75+75mg

When is Clotnil Plus prescribed instead of Clotnil 75mg alone?

Can I take additional aspirin or NSAIDs while on Clotnil Plus?
