Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Gentamicin or Betamethasone
- Primary skin infections (bacterial, fungal, viral)

- Damaged or perforated eardrum

- Apply a small amount to the affected area twice daily — morning and night
- Avoid eyes, mouth, and open wounds
- Do not use under occlusive dressings unless prescribed
