Description
Emflox Moxifloxacin 400mg Tablet contains moxifloxacin, a fourth-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic prescribed for serious bacterial infections. It acts by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes, blocking DNA replication and eliminating the infection. Emflox is effective against gram-positive, gram-negative, and atypical organisms responsible for community-acquired pneumonia, acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, acute bacterial sinusitis, uncomplicated skin and soft tissue infections, and complicated intra-abdominal infections.
Moxifloxacin is always a prescription-only medicine. Always complete the full prescribed course to prevent antibiotic resistance. Avoid taking with antacids, iron or zinc supplements, or dairy products within 2 hours of the dose as these may reduce absorption. Patients with known QT interval prolongation, cardiac arrhythmia, hypokalemia, or a history of tendon disorders should consult their physician before use.

How To Use
