Eytofen Eye Drops 0.025% 5ml contain Ketotifen, a dual-acting antiallergic agent that functions as both a histamine H1-receptor antagonist and a mast cell stabiliser. By blocking H1 receptors and inhibiting the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators from mast cells, Ketotifen provides sustained relief from the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis — including itching, redness, watery discharge, and eyelid swelling.
Ketotifen also reduces eosinophil infiltration, offering longer-term protection against recurrent allergic episodes. How To Use
Use as directed by your physician. Wash hands before instillation. Remove contact lenses before applying and wait at least 10–15 minutes before reinserting. Tilt head back, pull down lower eyelid gently, and instil the prescribed number of drops. Use consistently at prescribed intervals for best results.
