Hyseke Ketoconazole Shampoo 60ml contains ketoconazole 20 mg/ml (2% w/v), a powerful broad-spectrum antifungal active indicated for dandruff (pityriasis capitis), seborrheic dermatitis, and pityriasis/tinea versicolor. Ketoconazole targets dermatophytes and yeast organisms — including Pityrosporum, Malassezia furfur, Trichophyton, Epidermophyton, and Microsporum — by disrupting ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membranes, rapidly weakening and eliminating the fungi responsible for scalp flaking, itching, and skin discolouration.

Hyseke Shampoo provides rapid relief from the itching and discomfort associated with scalp fungal conditions. Ketoconazole's well-established safety profile means minimal systemic absorption with regular topical use, making it suitable for treatment and prevention cycles as directed by a physician. For dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis, apply twice weekly for 4–6 weeks; for pityriasis versicolor, apply once daily for 5–7 days. Prevention: use once every 1–2 weeks as required.
