Description
Koncept Capsules 20mg contain Esomeprazole Magnesium 20mg, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme. The 20mg dose is used for maintenance therapy of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), prevention of acid-related symptoms in patients on NSAIDs, and initial management of heartburn and mild-to-moderate acid-related disorders.
By reducing intragastric acidity, Koncept 20mg relieves burning sensations in the chest and throat, reduces regurgitation, and allows the oesophageal and gastric mucosa to heal.
