Lingab 75mg Capsules contain Pregabalin, an anticonvulsant and analgesic agent used to manage neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and anxiety disorders. Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters (glutamate, norepinephrine) and decreasing nerve hyperactivity that causes pain and discomfort.
