Linjardy MXR 25/5/1000mg Tablets are a high-strength triple-combination extended-release antidiabetic containing Empagliflozin 25mg (SGLT2 inhibitor), Linagliptin 5mg (DPP-4 inhibitor), and Metformin XR 1000mg (biguanide).
