About Luda 40mg
Luda 40mg Tablet contains Lurasidone, a second-generation (atypical) antipsychotic prescribed for schizophrenia and depression associated with bipolar disorder (bipolar depression). Lurasidone acts on dopamine D2 and serotonin 5-HT2A and 5-HT7 receptors in the brain to reduce psychotic symptoms, improve mood, and stabilise emotional functioning. The 40mg strength is the initiating or lower maintenance dose, with titration guided by the treating psychiatrist.
