Montair 10mg Tablet contains Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTRA) prescribed for the prevention and long-term management of asthma and allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents. Montelukast blocks the action of cysteinyl leukotrienes — inflammatory mediators released during allergic responses — thereby reducing airway inflammation, bronchoconstriction, nasal congestion, sneezing, and itchy or watery eyes.
