About Obradex
Obradex Eye Drops 5ml is a combination ophthalmic preparation containing Tobramycin (aminoglycoside antibiotic) and Dexamethasone (corticosteroid). Tobramycin kills infection-causing bacteria while Dexamethasone suppresses inflammation, redness, and swelling — making Obradex effective for conditions requiring simultaneous antibiotic and anti-inflammatory treatment. Use under ophthalmologist supervision. Available on prescription only.
Uses
Obradex is prescribed for bacterial conjunctivitis with associated inflammation, blepharoconjunctivitis, keratitis with secondary infection, and post-surgical eye inflammation where infection risk is present. Not effective against viral or fungal infections.
How to Use
Wash hands before use. Tilt head back, pull lower lid down, instil the prescribed number of drops. Do not touch dropper tip. Consult your ophthalmologist for dosage and duration. Complete the full prescribed course.
