Omsana 20mg Tablet contains Olmesartan Medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). By selectively blocking the AT1 receptor, Olmesartan relaxes and dilates blood vessels, reducing blood pressure and decreasing the workload on the heart. The 20mg dose is the standard starting and maintenance dose for adults.
