Omsana AM 10/20mg Tablet
Omsana AM 10/20mg Tablet is a prescription dual-action antihypertensive containing Amlodipine 10mg (calcium channel blocker) and Olmesartan Medoxomil 20mg (angiotensin II receptor blocker / ARB). It is used to treat moderate to severe hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy is not sufficient.
Amlodipine widens blood vessels by blocking calcium channels, while Olmesartan prevents angiotensin II from tightening vessels — together providing powerful 24-hour blood pressure control. This combination reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack, kidney damage, and heart failure.
Important: This medicine is contraindicated in pregnancy (ARB component is teratogenic). Do not stop abruptly without medical advice. Peripheral edema may occur due to the CCB component. Monitor blood pressure and kidney function regularly. Always take under a doctor's supervision.

How To Use
