Manufactured by Crystolite Pharmaceuticals, it is applied once daily as a thin film to affected skin areas.

Indications
Onvate Lotion is indicated for the topical treatment of atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults and children aged 1 year and older. It is not intended for treating primarily infected skin lesions caused by fungi or bacteria, or for use beyond 4 weeks without medical review.
Dosage and Administration
Apply a thin film of Onvate Lotion to the affected skin once daily. Gently rub in for effective absorption. Do not use occlusive dressings unless directed. Use the minimum effective amount, especially in children.
Contraindications
- Perianal dermatitis
- Hypersensitivity to fluticasone propionate or any excipient
- Primary cutaneous viral infections (e.g. herpes simplex, chickenpox)
Precautions
- Use with caution in infants under 3 months of age
- Prolonged use on large areas or under occlusion, especially in children, may cause adrenal suppression
- Long-term use may lead to skin thinning, hypertrichosis, or hypopigmentation

Adverse Effects
