Ozip Plus 3/25mg Capsules are a combination medication containing Olanzapine 3mg (an atypical antipsychotic) and Fluoxetine 25mg (a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, SSRI). This combination is prescribed under psychiatric supervision for the management of bipolar depression and treatment-resistant depression. Available by prescription only.
Olanzapine helps stabilise mood and manage psychotic symptoms, while Fluoxetine increases serotonin levels to address depressive symptoms.
