Rinvok 15mg Tablets contain Upadacitinib, a selective Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor used to treat moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and certain other inflammatory conditions in adults who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more disease-modifying therapies. By modulating the overactive immune signalling that drives chronic inflammation, Upadacitinib helps reduce joint pain, swelling, stiffness, and fatigue while supporting better day-to-day mobility.
Prescription required — specialist supervision only. Upadacitinib carries an FDA boxed warning for risk of serious infections, malignancies (including lymphoma), major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), and thrombosis. It is not for everyone.
