Santodex Eye Drops 5ml (tobramycin + Dexamethasone)
Description
Santodex Eye Drops 5ml — Tobramycin + Dexamethasone
Santodex 5ml Eye Drops combine Tobramycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, with Dexamethasone, a potent corticosteroid. It is prescribed for bacterial eye infections with significant inflammation — such as bacterial conjunctivitis, blepharitis and post-operative ocular inflammation — where steroid coverage is also required. Tobramycin kills susceptible bacteria while Dexamethasone calms redness, swelling and irritation.
Use under ophthalmologist guidance only. Complete the antibiotic course and monitor for raised intraocular pressure, cataract formation, delayed healing or masked infection with prolonged corticosteroid use. Shake well, avoid touching the dropper tip and do not use with active viral, fungal or mycobacterial eye disease. See more eye drops and eye care at derma.pk.
