Telmis 20mg Tablets contain Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Telmisartan selectively blocks angiotensin II at AT1 receptors in vascular smooth muscle, inhibiting vasoconstriction and reducing aldosterone secretion to lower blood pressure and protect the heart and kidneys.
