Telox 300mg Tablets by Platinum Pharmaceuticals contain oxcarbazepine, an anticonvulsant medicine prescribed for epilepsy, especially partial (focal) seizures. Telox is a prescription medicine. Do not stop or reduce the dose suddenly – abrupt discontinuation can trigger seizures.
