Description
Trance 10ml Eye Drops contain Tobramycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic that kills susceptible bacteria by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, blocking peptide synthesis and causing bacterial cell death. Trance is highly effective against gram-negative bacteria commonly responsible for conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis, and corneal ulcers.
Indicated for adults and paediatric patients under medical supervision, Trance should be instilled as prescribed and the full course completed to prevent antibiotic resistance. For patients also needing antihistamine drops to manage allergic conjunctivitis, Olotek DS is available at Derma.pk.

How To Use
Instil 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4–6 hours, or as directed by your physician. In severe infections, dosing may be more frequent in the first 24 hours. Wash hands before use. Tilt head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and apply without touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface. Complete the full prescribed course even if symptoms improve.
