Vezitic 10mg Tablet contains Solifenacin succinate, a prescription-only muscarinic receptor antagonist (anticholinergic) used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) syndrome. OAB is characterised by urinary urgency, urge urinary incontinence, and increased urinary frequency. Solifenacin reduces bladder muscle contractions by blocking M3 muscarinic receptors in the detrusor muscle, improving bladder control and quality of life.
