VPN 20mg Tablets contain Vonoprazan 20mg, a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) indicated for moderate-to-severe acid-related disorders including erosive oesophagitis, GERD, and peptic ulcer disease. How Does VPN 20mg Work?
Vonoprazan inhibits the gastric H+/K+-ATPase pump through potassium-competitive antagonism, achieving rapid and near-complete acid suppression within one hour of the first dose. Dosage & Administration
