Whizix 10mg Tablets (montelukast) for Asthma & Allergic Rhinitis
Description
Whizix 10mg Tablets — Montelukast for Asthma & Allergic Rhinitis
Whizix 10mg contains montelukast sodium, a selective oral leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTRA) prescribed for the prophylaxis and chronic management of asthma and the relief of allergic rhinitis symptoms. A valid prescription from a licensed physician is required.
Montelukast blocks leukotriene D4 (LTD4) receptors, inhibiting the bronchoconstriction, mucus secretion, and airway inflammation triggered by cysteinyl leukotrienes. This reduces the frequency of asthma episodes, improves exercise tolerance, and relieves the symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis including nasal congestion, sneezing and rhinorrhoea.
This medicine requires a valid prescription from a licensed physician.
