Xiga Met XR 5/1000mg Tablet is a prescription extended-release combination of dapagliflozin 5mg (SGLT2 inhibitor) and metformin hydrochloride extended release (XR) 1000mg (biguanide) for glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
