Zexa 120ml Syrup contains Memantine Hydrochloride as an oral solution — a Rx NMDA receptor antagonist for the management of moderate-to-severe Alzheimer's disease and dementia. This syrup formulation is specifically useful for patients who are unable to swallow tablets or capsules, such as elderly patients with dysphagia.
Memantine regulates glutamate activity in the brain, protecting neurons from excitotoxic damage that accelerates dementia progression.
