Description
Bromycin-D Eye Drops 5ml contain Tobramycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, combined with Dexamethasone, a potent corticosteroid. This dual-action ophthalmic suspension simultaneously eliminates susceptible bacteria and suppresses the inflammatory response — making it effective for bacterial eye infections where inflammation is also a significant component.
