FAQs
What does Niacinamide do for skin?
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is a multi-functional active. At 10%, it visibly reduces the appearance of enlarged pores, regulates sebum production, reduces blemishes, calms redness, and strengthens the skin's moisture barrier.
What does Zinc PCA add to the formula?
Zinc PCA provides complementary sebum regulation and has antimicrobial properties. Together with Niacinamide, it provides a two-pronged approach to oil control and clearer skin.
How is this different from The Ordinary Niacinamide?
Both contain 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc and share the same core active combination. The Glow & Glee version is a locally produced alternative, making it more accessible in Pakistan at a competitive price point.
Can I use this with a Vitamin C serum?
Yes. Apply the Vitamin C serum first, allow to absorb, then apply niacinamide — or use them at different times of day (Vitamin C in the morning, Niacinamide in the evening).
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
It can be used on sensitive skin, but start with once-daily use and monitor for any irritation. If redness worsens, reduce frequency.
